Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Risk Associate to strengthen its enterprise risk management and resilience across global data centers. You will shape risk practices, support the ERM framework, and provide oversight on risk status to leadership.

You will collaborate with insurance brokers and internal stakeholders to maintain robust coverage, align risk appetite with strategic objectives, and promote a proactive risk culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk-related field is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in risk consulting, enterprise risk management, insurance or internal audit.
• Solid knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ERM framework and act as second line of defence.
• Assist risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting to senior management and board.
• Coordinate with insurance broker and manage corporate insurance program.
• Engage stakeholders across geographies to foster risk awareness.
