Bybit Limited is seeking a senior backend architect to lead the overall technical architecture for Security and Risk Control R&D teams. You will drive design, technology selection, and architectural evolution to support high-traffic, high-market operations.

The role emphasizes scalable, reliable architecture, middleware evaluation, and proactive problem location. You will mentor teams and promote architectural best practices across a rapidly growing global company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java or Go backend development experience
• 3+ years in architecture design
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero) ecosystems
• Experience designing high-concurrency, large-scale distributed systems
• Familiar with microservices; practical containerization with K8s and Docker
• Experience in architecture design and stability assurance for peak traffic and market scenarios
• Strong online problem location and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: design high-performance, scalable, available system architecture for Security and Risk Control.
• Technology selection and innovation: evaluate middleware, messaging, caching, databases, and plan overall department architecture strategy.
• Stability guarantee: establish monitoring, alerts, fault reviews, and rapid issue resolution.
• Team empowerment: provide technical guidance, architecture reviews, and best practices across teams.
