Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is hiring a Manager - Risk Management Business Analyst in Cyberjaya. The role will support the Group Risk and Compliance COE, serving as a subject matter expert for risk processes and end user guidance.

You will train users, document requirements, manage changes with IT, and coordinate testing to ensure systems remain fit for purpose and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance/Business Analysis/Project Management.
• In-depth knowledge of the system development lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and reference materials to support end user adoption.
• Document business requirements and assess impact for change requests.
• Coordinate with IT on system upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead UAT planning and end-to-end testing for changes.
• Provide guidance and support to end users across the organization.
