AIA Shared Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Operational Risk Management Systems. You will act as a SME for Risk and Compliance processes, guiding governance, training and system changes across the business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance, preferably in life insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of system development lifecycle.
• Highly organized, results-driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance for Risk and Compliance systems and governance.
• Lead change management and end-to-end testing for system upgrades.
• Coordinate with IT and business units to prioritize and communicate system changes.
• Facilitate training and reference materials for end users.
