Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical HW Engineer to design and develop RF sub-circuits for mission-critical communications. You will work on receivers, VCOs, and frequency mixers, collaborating with hardware and software teams, and performing RF testing and validation.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/RF/Telecommunication and 5–7 years of RF hardware design experience, with strong documentation and debugging skills. Travel None; Agile/DFSS exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master/PhD in Electrical RF/Telecom or related field.
• 5–7 years direct RF hardware design experience.
• Strong R&D background in RF passive designs and components.
• Able to work with hardware/software teams and document test results.
• Experience with design CAD tools and lab diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF sub-circuits for professional and mission-critical applications.
• Perform RF testing and validation planning and execute test benches.
• Generate detailed design documentation for tests, failures, and design changes.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams, and support manufacturing.
