• Process and record payment accurately.
• Generate invoices for corporate accounts, Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and Letters of Offer (LO).
• Process monthly billings for Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and MBB Online.
• Reconcile and post City Ledger entries from the IDB system into QuickBooks.
• Monitor and trace bank statement inflows and outflows and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) records accordingly.
• Coordinate payment follow-ups for guest accounts in collaboration with the Sales Department.
• Manage Account Payable (AP) schedules in accordance with suppliers' credit terms.
• Prepare and submit bi‑weekly petty cash forecasts to the Finance Manager.
