Job summary

OFS Malaysia seeks a seasoned Project Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory activities for a prospect FPSO project with Mexican regulatory requirements. You will own RC planning, manage audits and classifications, and interface with authorities and Client teams to ensure regulatory alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering or HSSE-related fields and have 15+ years in offshore regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, industrial safety or environmental disciplines.
• Desirable post-graduate qualifications in process safety or HSSE.
• 15+ years in health/safety/environmental compliance on major capital offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance Planning and ownership of RC plans.
• Lead Project Regulatory Compliance Team.
• Regulatory Verification and Validation across project stages.
• Manage Permitting, Authorization, and classification activities.
• Coordinate audits/inspections and closure of comments; status reporting.
