Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSSE field; minimum.
• Postgraduate in Process Safety or HSSE is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas Upstream EPCI Projects.
• Minimum 2 years in Regulatory Compliance or HSEQ management systems.
• Experience providing technical support for regulatory interpretation across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Implement Regulatory Compliance strategy and related management systems.
• Provide technical support across functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Update regulatory requirements and inform affected projects.
• Develop checklists and corporate processes; incorporate requirements into specs.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Prepare training materials and coordinate with Talent Management.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to Regulatory Compliance.
