Job summary

OFS Malaysia seeks a Regulatory Compliance Engineer to implement and maintain the RC framework across projects in Malaysia, including training and audits. The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

Experience in oil & gas upstream EPCI and knowledge of regulatory requirements management software are essential. Based at KL Eco City, with exposure to global projects such as Mexico FPSO ventures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSSE-related field is required.
Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas Upstream EPCI projects preferred.
2 years in regulatory compliance processes or HSEQ systems.

Responsibilities

Execute and support Regulatory Compliance framework implementation across projects.
Provide technical support to meet RC requirements with multiple departments.
Maintain RC software, train staff, and respond to audits/inspections.
Prepare and update corporate guidelines within RC framework.
Conduct internal and external RC audits/inspections as needed.
