Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist (Regional) to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across selected markets. This remote, full-time role focuses on driving brand visibility, customer acquisition and campaign efficiency through data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid digital campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Experience with web analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Ability to analyze data and suggest practical improvements.
• Experience in multiple markets is a plus.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and partnerships.
• Monitor performance and optimize for cost, conversions, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, competitor and market research for targeted countries.
• Develop market-specific messaging considering local language and behavior.
