Job summary

Hiredly X is seeking a highly technical and delivery-driven Senior R&D Manager (Technology) to lead core engineering and project teams responsible for ERP, POS, cloud platforms, and integrated business systems.

The role requires hands-on development experience, the ability to translate complex technical decisions into scalable, reliable solutions, and the leadership of high-performing teams to drive technical excellence across multiple enterprise-scale products.

Qualifications

• Senior R&D Manager (Technology) with hands-on development background.
• Ability to translate complex technical decisions into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture for internally developed systems.
• Lead and manage development and project teams (delivery, quality, performance).
• Set and enforce engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, deployment, code quality).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide solution design.
• Work closely with PMO and management on timelines, risks, and delivery decisions.
• Develop and coach technical leaders within the team.
