Job summary

Bidor Kwong Heng Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated R&D specialist to lead New Product Development projects, evaluate raw materials, formulate and validate products, and support process improvements for quality and cost efficiency.

The role involves coordinating with the FSQMS team to ensure regulatory compliance across markets, assessing allergen controls, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to product stability and shelf-life studies for successful commercial production.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development projects and R&D activity.
• Develop and improve product formulations based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and FSQMS requirements for new products and markets.
• Assess raw materials and critical control points for product stability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support product trials.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Production, Sales and Marketing to optimize processes and packaging.
• Maintain confidential R&D documentation under FSQMS.
