NEXON ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects in Malaysia. You will review subcontractor quotations, manage budgets, variations and payment claims, and ensure accurate cost reporting.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with experience in construction, engineering, or M&E projects preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field is required.
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is expected.

Responsabilités

Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender documents.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Manage project costing, budgets, variations and payment claims.
Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial matters.
Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation and records of all commercial and contractual matters.
Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
