Job summary

Pembinaan Punca Cergas invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor. You will prepare letters of award, take-off quantities, claims, certificates of payments, cost analysis, variation orders, and final accounts, as well as work out quotation and costing for projects.

You will resolve contractual disputes, conduct site surveys and measurements, and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with government projects is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
