Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Quality Manager in Kedah to lead quality engineering functions across complex product lines. You will drive quality goals, implement QIP initiatives, and mentor a team to achieve excellence in manufacturing processes.

Candidates should have 10+ years in quality leadership, strong ISO knowledge, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and suppliers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in quality engineering/quality management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality metrics.
• Lean Six Sigma, SPC, 5S and VSM experience.
• FMEA and Quality Control Plans development.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead QIP and quality improvements for high-complexity products.
• Mentor staff and drive succession development.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support audits, supplier assessments, and new product introductions.
• Analyze nonconforming materials and RMA processes.
