Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee IQC, QE, ORT and QMS for server PCBA manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in the 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and other quality methodologies, with the ability to independently conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Internal Auditor certification and experience in reliability testing in the server industry are preferred.
• Experience in IATF 16949 Quality Management System implementation and operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop incoming inspection standards for server-grade components, manage supplier quality, conduct monthly audits, and drive corrective actions and improvements
• Analyze quality issues in the manufacturing process and finished products, identify root causes, prepare 8D corrective action reports, and drive issues to closure
• Develop and execute reliability test plans for server PCBA ORT, prepare test reports, and evaluate long-term product reliability
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), coordinate internal and external audits, control quality-related documents, and conduct quality system training
• Analyze quality data, prepare monthly quality reports, and drive continuous improvement across the factory
• Provide skills training for the QC team and coordinate with customers on quality-related requirements
