Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with quality tools.
• Quality assurance certification or Six Sigma belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and install quality control processes, procedures, tools, and statistical techniques.
• Formulate quality policies and assess economic impact of quality processes.
• Understand customer needs, develop a Quality Plan, and track quality for NPIs.
• Identify quality risk and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Review and approve root cause analysis and CAPA to prevent defects.
• Design and specify quality sampling and testing procedures.
• Review certification test plans and reports for iterative NPI changes.
• Assess customer and business impact of quality issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Lead lessons-learnt sessions and institutionalize improvements.
• Monitor product/process performance data and identify trends for improvement.
