Job summary

Pure Genesis Sdn Bhd in Pontian, Johor, is seeking a Senior QC Engineer (Precast Manufacture) to lead the QAQC team, oversee quality management, and coordinate with Production & Logistics for post-concreting and pre-delivery inspections.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree from PE-recognized universities and at least 5 years’ QC/QA experience in precast or HDB Singapore projects, with travel to Singapore for meetings and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from PE-recognized universities
• At least 5 years’ QC/QA experience in precast industry or Singapore HDB projects
• Strong knowledge of quality control in Singapore construction industry
• Willingness to travel to Singapore for meetings and inspections

Responsibilities

• Lead the QAQC team and oversee quality management and operations
• Coordinate with Production & Logistics for post-concreting and pre-delivery inspections
• Oversee precast panel inspections at post-pour and pre-delivery stages
• Liaise with engineers and RTO for scheduled or unscheduled inspections
• Maintain quality records and photos required by departments
• Coordinate with Production on quality matters and ensure compliance with QAQC procedures
• Identify defects with root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Liaise with Singapore main contractors and government authorities as needed

Education
