Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a QAQC Lead to oversee quality control for precast construction projects in Ulu Choh, Johor. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and has 5+ years of QAQC experience in precast or construction environments.

You will lead a QA/QC team, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in precast / construction industry.
• Experience handling quality control processes for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
• Able to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QAQC activities for precast construction projects.
• Ensure all materials, processes, and finished products comply with quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor site quality inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Review and maintain QAQC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
