Private Advertiser in Bentong is seeking a Senior QC Chemist to lead pre-shipment quality assurance for natural latex rubber thread. You will act as the final gatekeeper to ensure shipments meet dimensional, chemical, and physical standards before dispatch.

You will oversee CoA generation, root-cause investigations, and protocol updates as the factory undergoes systems modernization, delivering concise, data-driven briefings to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required.
• 3–4 years of hands-on QC experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial lab.
• Background in rubber/polymer industries or polyester/nylon manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct final QC inspections on finished batches prior to shipment.
• Approve or reject outgoing goods per standards and customer requirements.
• Investigate root causes of off-spec products with production teams.
• Generate CoA, pre-shipment logs and non-conformance reports.
• Develop QC protocols aligned with ongoing factory system revisions.
• Provide rapid, data-backed quality assessments to top management.
