Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of QA/QC experience in industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality records documentation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct material inspections, witness tests, and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards.
• Issue Non‑Conformance Reports and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding quality matters.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports, including inspection reports, test records, and certificates.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Provide training to project teams on quality procedures and best practices.
