Job summary

AME Construction Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting a Senior QAQC Engineer to lead project-specific quality plans, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

The role requires 3–7 years in QA/QC, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong documentation skills. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, issue NCRs, and participate in audits to uphold project quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in industrial buildings.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Review project specs and drawings for compliance.
• Conduct material inspections and witness tests.
• Perform site inspections and audits for regulatory standards.
• Issue NCRs and assist in root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on quality matters.
• Prepare inspection records, test reports, and certificates.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Provide training on quality procedures to project teams.
