Qualifications

Preferable at least 5 years experience in Quality Control.
Preferable at least 5 years experience in Diecasting and Machining Environment.
Preferable at least 5 years experience in managerial position and able to lead QA Department.
Preferable at least 5 years experience in handling metrology equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee APQP quality performance across the value chain and ensure robust CQMS processes.
Lead internal audits, process audits, and product audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Coordinate supplier corrective actions and performance monitoring.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and customers.
Establish risk controls for high-impact quality issues in production.
Upkeep and servicing of CMM, spectrometer, X-ray, and related equipment.
