Job summary

STMicroelectronics Muar PLP is seeking a senior manufacturing QA leader to manage quality assurance across all PLP processes, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, oversee audits, and lead NPI readiness to support ramp-up with a focus on defect reduction and process control.

The role requires extensive experience (>20 years) in high-volume manufacturing QA, strong leadership, and mastery of QMS, IPC, SPC, and CAPA tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing quality assurance across high-volume environments.
• Proven track record leading QA teams and managing quality functions in complex operations.
• Strong ability to manage customer audits and supplier quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLP QA team to meet customer KPIs and zero-excursion targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and defect-reduction programs across PLP manufacturing.
• Ensure quality systems, audits, and training meet all internal and customer requirements.
