Job summary

MyAtlas Digital is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Executive to lead testing efforts for our digital products. You will design test plans, execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests, and collaborate with development teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will mentor junior QA staff, monitor quality metrics, participate in code reviews, and help refine testing processes. The role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing and experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications across various platforms.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify bugs and quality issues.
• Document and report defects using appropriate tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Validate fixes and conduct retesting to ensure defects are resolved and do not reoccur.
• Participate in code reviews and provide quality assurance feedback during the development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing testing methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical support and knowledge sharing (for Senior level).
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and testing progress.
