Job summary

Parade Jasa Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management System professional to oversee QMS and ISO 9001 implementation, serving as Management Representative and liaison with external auditors. You will coordinate calibration of measurement devices, manage non-conformances, and maintain document control to ensure compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

Monitors and oversees QMS related to ISO 9001.
Ensures ISO 9001 compliance in PJ.
Coordinates quality auditing and corrective actions.
Maintains and enforces documentation control procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee Quality Management System (QMS) related with ISO9001.
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
Monitoring all operations that affect quality.
Prepare 8D reports for customer and issue non-conformance reports.
Be the window between PJ and external auditor as Management Representative (MR).
Arrange calibration of measurement devices and review calibration reports.
Liaise with Customers/Vendors on Quality issues.
Control issuance and closure of all in-house and incoming non-conformances.
Take charge of all tasks related with QMS and ISO requirements.
Take charge of Document Control Dept.
