Job summary

Jiu Ji Guang Precision (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to drive ISO 9001 compliance, establish procedures, and coordinate audits. You will inspect inspection procedures, evaluate suppliers, and maintain quality records.

You will lead a QC team, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across departments to ensure product life-cycle quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare and implement documented procedure related to ISO 9001 requirement
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (e.g. ISO, customer audits)
• Maintain the quality record and handling
• Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification
• Able to communicate and work together with other department to solve the problem
• Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance

Responsibilities

• Inspect the setup of inspection procedure
• Development of quality assurance related request
• Evaluation of supplier
• Prepare and implement documented procedure related to ISO 9001 requirement
• Develop the documented procedure for inspection and testing
• Develop the documented procedure for non-conformance product control
• Define and maintain the corrective and preventive action documented procedure
• Maintain the quality record and handling
• Inspect result review and sampling plan.
• To establish, implement, and revise the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• To lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (e.g. ISO, customer audits).
• To recommend training, disciplinary action, or process changes related to quality performance.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle
• To identify failures and implement corrective action and follow-up
• Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification
• Able to communicate and work together with other department to solve the problem
• Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance
