Job summary

PXM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Senior QA Engineer to own and drive the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

You will develop QA procedures, monitor processes, lead CAPAs and audit activities, and collaborate across departments to ensure product and process quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline as listed.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience leading integrated ISO management systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA procedures, standards and control plans.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to reduce defects and complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA actions.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, SPC and FMEA.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external ISO audits.
• Maintain ISO documentation, records and policies.
• Ensure KPIs, risk assessments and improvement plans are tracked.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
• Support NPI and new product introduction from a quality perspective.
