Job summary

Yokogawa Electric (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Professional to ensure continuity of QA operations and audit readiness in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support QMS maintenance, regulatory compliance, and CAPA processes while coordinating with regional QA teams.

The role emphasizes incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience in multinational corporations and regulatory environments is preferred.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent reporting, documentation and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Control QA documentation, procedures and records.
• Support implementation of QA policies and standards.
