Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve automated testing solutions for enterprise software stacks.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into test strategies.
• Develop scalable test automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Evaluate product increments with QA focus including CI/CD integration, security, and compliance testing.
• Create and execute automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Perform root cause analysis, defect tracking, and continuous testing process improvements.
• Produce and maintain test strategies, cases, metrics, and documentation within projects.

Job Description

• Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems based on one or more technologies or products.
• Collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
• Conception, design, and development of scalable test automation frameworks, reusable test components, and reliable quality engineering solutions.
• Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments, including test automation, CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing, and defect management.
• Development and execution of automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
• Root cause analysis, defect tracking, quality risk assessment, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test cases, quality metrics, and technical documentation as part of a software development project.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or a related field is required.
• Education minimium Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in UI and API test automation.
• Experience with free and open-source technologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• IT, software testing, or programming-related certification is an advantage.

• Leads automation initiatives and supports or mentors medium and large quality engineering teams.
