Job summary

Lenovo in Malaysia seeks a result-driven Sr. Solutions & Services Sales Executive (SSE) to accelerate SSG growth with a primary focus on Malaysia Public Sector accounts.

The role drives IDG services including DaaS, DWS, managed endpoint services, lifecycle services, sustainability solutions, and outcome-based workplace transformation. The candidate will build account plans, identify business challenges, and position services-led solutions to improve employee experience, device lifecycle

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology, solutions or services sales experience.
• Proven Malaysia Public Sector selling experience with government agencies and public bodies.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia Public Sector buying cycles and tender processes.
• Consultative, services-led selling with solid pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Grow SSG IDG services penetration in Malaysia Public Sector accounts across DaaS, DWS, managed endpoint, lifecycle, sustainability, and workplace transformation offerings.
• Identify customer challenges and position services-led solutions to improve employee experience and sustainability outcomes.
• Build account plans, create qualified pipeline, and drive recurring opportunities across Public Sector customers.
• Own opportunity qualification, forecast discipline, deal progression and quarterly target achievement.
• Collaborate with hardware sales, delivery, finance, product teams and partners to shape integrated device-plus-services proposals.
• Lead the consultative sales lifecycle from discovery to closure and engage executive stakeholders.
