Job summary

PINNACLE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Site Supervisor based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. The role oversees day-to-day site operations within our Maintenance & Handyperson Services division, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence on maintenance and construction projects.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and deliver detailed reports to management. Strong safety knowledge and fluent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Site Supervisor in maintenance and handyperson services, construction or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring safety and alignment with specifications.
• Monitor daily site operations and maintain detailed records of progress, materials and labour.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manage maintenance teams, handypersons and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Liaise between project management and site teams, communicating schedules and changes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Oversee site materials and equipment, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
• Address on-site issues and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for staff.
• Ensure the site remains clean, organized and compliant with standards.
