Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to manage multi‑disciplinary construction project schedules, from design through commissioning, across data centre projects. You will partner with facility owners and global contractors to optimize schedules and identify pull‑in opportunities.

You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to analyze critical paths, produce KPI reports, and support risk management.

Qualifications

Degree qualifications in project management, engineering or similar function.
Minimum 10 years' experience in scheduling and project planning.
Proficient with Primavera P6 and overall schedule understanding.
Knowledge of data centre construction sequencing and critical path analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify schedule pull‑in opportunities.
Evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value methods and S-curves.
Define critical paths and produce KPI reports, lookahead and progress indicators.
Lead planning sessions and communicate mitigation strategies to the team.
Identify milestones and validate contractor schedule logic and progress.
Contribute to change control and forecasting using historical data.
