Job summary

Capcon Consulting in Malaysia seeks a Senior PM/Project Director for mega 25–100MW electrical load projects, including 100MW+ hyperscale facilities and semiconductor sites.

You will oversee full lifecycle on site in Banting, Nilai or Sepang, with relocation support for Malaysian nationals, across multi-project delivery with Tier-1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex Level 1 to 5 IST commissioning and 275kV main intake substation delivery for global tech giants.
• Control project budgets, variation orders, and program risks.
• Enforce strict QLASSIC and CONQUAS quality delivery standards.
• Lead greenfield Design and Build projects located in Banting.

• Certified Data Centre Professional or Professional Engineer registration.
• Professional Technologist certification with MBOT local authority recognition.
• Experience from hyperscale DC developers and semiconductor specialists.
• Deep expertise in Level 5 integrated systems testing procedures.
