Job summary

REAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hotel, hospitality, commercial building and data centre construction projects in Malaysia. You will oversee planning, execution, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, contractual requirements, schedules and safety standards.

You will coordinate diverse teams including consultants, contractors and vendors, manage budgets and cash flow, monitor progress, drive timely delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years' experience in construction with hotel, hospitality, commercial building or data centre projects.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of project execution for hotel and data centre construction.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities per drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordinate teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and control schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and cash flow.
• Ensure works are sequenced and integrated across architectural, structural, civil, MEP and specialist systems.
• Monitor progress, address delays/risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review variation orders, claims, and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and governance procedures.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and client acceptance.
