Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.)
• IPMA Level C Certification is mandatory
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with 6 years leading projects and mentoring
• Knowledge of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of project-related legal topics and financial aspects
• Leads others to solve complex problems with analytical thinking and innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects across scope, timeline, quality, cost and budget
• Ensure delivery of business outcomes and successful achievement of project targets
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and act as the key interface between stakeholders
• Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within projects
• Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, monitor progress, and report
• Drive problem-solving using standard Infineon methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
