Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia (Kulim) is seeking a Project Manager in our Research & Development team to merge creativity with technical expertise, shaping the future of technology and driving groundbreaking projects.

You will lead test technology and innovation projects, own end-to-end roadmap execution, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate cross-functional, international teams, applying PM methods to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience; semiconductor test-technology exposure preferred.
• More than 4 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test Technology and Innovation projects aligned with InfineonTest Roadmap from initiation to closure.
• Own end-to-end execution of roadmap and segment test-cell projects with scope, quality, schedule and outcomes.
• Develop and control project plans, budgets, headcount, Opex, Capex, milestones and resources.
• Make operational project decisions and provide evidence-based milestone recommendations for approvals.
• Lead cross-functional, international project teams across divisions, Operations, IT, R&D, and partners.
• Apply PM methods/tools to structure work, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Resolve complex issues by analytical judgment and facilitating innovative solutions.
• Manage external partners, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Provide transparent status reporting and escalation of critical risks with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, business conduct, CSR, and training requirements.
