Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Professional IPMA or PMA certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization and transformation projects from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve targets.
• Identify and drive cost-down opportunities and manage risks.
• Represent Back End to Infineon divisions and report progress.
