The Role

The Traffic & Workflow Lead is responsible for driving the , planning and delivery discipline that enables SEEK’s in‑house creative agency to deliver high‑quality creative and content at scale across APAC. Acting as a senior connection point between Creative, Marketing and business stakeholders, this role reviews the briefs that come into the in‑house agency to ensure they are high quality and allocates them to relevant resources in the creative team.

With a bird’s-eye view across the agency, the Traffic Operations and Workflow Lead provides visibility of capacity, workflows, resourcing and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns. The role ensures creative and video production teams are set up to deliver efficiently, on time and at scale, while balancing business priorities with team capability and capacity.

Working closely with Creative Services, Video Production, Creative Operations and external agency partners, the role leads operational planning for major campaigns and multi‑market activity, ensuring teams have the structure, tools and support to deliver efficiently. The role proactively identifies bottlenecks, delivery risks, improves workflow efficiency and enables creatives to spend more time focused on creative thinking and craft, not administration.

This role plays a critical part in connecting strategy to execution, enabling creative teams to focus on high‑value work while ensuring the agency is commercially responsible, operationally connected and continuously improving.
