Job summary

Big 3 Media is seeking a Senior Project Management Executive to lead end-to-end creative and campaign projects across design, animation, video, and AI-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all stages from kickoff to delivery.

You will own timelines, resource plans, and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope changes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure on-time, on-brief results with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the creative, advertising or media industry.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects from design to delivery.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and deadlines.
• Interest in AI-related or emerging digital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from kickoff to delivery across design, animation, video, and campaign-based workstreams.
• Timeline & Resource Management: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate across teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment on briefs, feedback, and deliverables with creative, production, and account teams.
• Adaptability & Scope Management: Navigate changes in scope and timelines while maintaining quality and objectives.
• Project Ownership & Issue Resolution: Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
