Job summary

EVENT SYSTEMATIC SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead construction financing, capital raising and financial modelling for NNDC-II in Cyberjaya. This hands-on leadership role covers the full financing cycle, from funding strategy to financial close, drawing on a network with banks, investors, and legal advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to align funding with customer commitments, construction obligations and governance requirements

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in project finance or capital raising.
• 5+ years leading project finance or infrastructure transactions.
• Experience financing data centres and major infrastructure.
• Proven track record closing bank facilities, bonds, sukuk or institutional capital.
• Strong financial modelling and cash flow forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project funding strategy with lenders and financiers.
• Originate relationships with banks, funds, and investors; negotiate terms.
• Lead structuring of bonds, sukuk, and other funding instruments.
• Build and maintain integrated project financial models and cash flows.
• Review MSAs, offtake agreements, and contracts with advisers.
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation for financial close.
