Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
• Strong background in main contractor construction or data center industry (preferred).
• Proven expertise in corporate secretarial, tax, compliance, and full-spectrum finance management.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across accounts, corporate secretarial, tax, and compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting and statutory submissions in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support project execution.
• Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and governance practices.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop accurate forecasts to support project execution and business growth.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions.
• Provide scenario planning and financial modelling to support decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support project and business decisions.
• Partner with project and operations teams to ensure financial viability and cost efficiency.
• Drive profitability improvement and cost optimisation strategies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Develop succession plans and talent pipelines within the finance function.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
