Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-phase oil & gas projects from concept to start-up and operations. The role emphasizes compliance with PPMS, HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality targets, with cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure objectives are met.

Candidates should have 5+ years in oil & gas, experience in brownfield/greenfield cycles, and CIDB/BEM registrations; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
Have experience at least involved in one (1) complete cycle of COMPANY Brownfield or Greenfield project.
Experience in various aspects of offshore/onshore engineering i.e., conceptual design, Front End and detailed design, procurement processes and tendering, construction and commissioning activities
Registered with CIDB
BEM registered
PMP accreditation (added value, optional)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project activities across all phases, including conceptual and Front-End Engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.
Ensure project execution complies with project specifications, PPMS, and applicable statutory requirements.
Monitor and track overall project performance, including HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality (OTOBOS).
Prepare project performance reports and coordinate meetings with relevant disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.
