Job summary

INFINITE EPC SDN. BHD. invites energetic engineers to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will monitor project quality plans, assist PMs, and coordinate site activities across HVAC and M&E projects.

Responsibilities include planning resources, supervising construction works, attending progress and safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with drawings and contracts. Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing resources from start-up through closeout and ensure owner’s expectations are met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site and ensure site personnel follow company rules and regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation orders and quotations.
• Ensure installation, servicing and/ or maintenance works meet drawings, contract specifications and schedules.
• Attend site progress, coordination and safety meetings and site inspections.
• Attend valuation of progress claims with client and/or consultants’ representatives.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are transitioned to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Adhere to AUTOCAD drawing requirements per client.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, OUTLOOK

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering Construction/Structural or equivalent.
