Job summary

ams OSRAM Malaysia is seeking an experienced facilities and project engineer to lead machines hookup projects and handover to production, and to lead base-build projects from planning to owner handover.

You will assist in hookup planning, manage contractors on site for each project, and bring 5+ years of experience in facilities expansion and front-end wafer fab projects. A technical background in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering or a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years in facilities system expansion, project planning and execution.
• Experience in front-end wafer fab is an added advantage.
• Hands-on technical exposure in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead machines hookup projects execution and handover to production.
• Lead base-build projects execution and handover to owner.
• Assist in hookup and project planning activities.
• Responsible for contractor and site management at plant on a project basis.
