Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a proactive engineer to lead machines hookup projects and base-build handovers at the Kulim plant in Malaysia. You will coordinate contractor and site management, assist in hookup and project planning activities, and apply 5+ years of facilities expansion and construction experience to deliver projects on time.

Experience in front-end wafer fab is preferred, and working knowledge of project management is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in facilities system expansion, project planning and execution.
• At least 5 years project/working experience in front end wafer fab can be an added advantage.
• Candidate with working knowledge of project management is preferred.
• Candidate with hands-on technical exposure in construction is preferred.

• Lead machines hookup projects execution and handover to production.
• Lead base-build projects execution and handover to owner.
• Assist in hookup and project planning activities.
• Responsible for contractor and site management at plant upon project basis.
