Job summary

You will monitor schedules, manage material reception and storage, and coordinate with departments to pre-plan work. A civil engineering degree and at least five years of construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Project Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of sub-contractors on various project phases.
• Oversee performance of trade contractors and review drawings to ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
• Attend site, technical, and coordination meetings during progress.
• Track and control construction schedule and record daily site activities.
• Verify sub-contractor claims within set timeframes.
• Coordinate with inspections and monitor contractor instruction completions.
• Review projects at warranty end for non-compliance items.
• Ensure safety precautions at all times on site.
