Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to drive project planning, execution, and governance across industrial and semiconductor initiatives. You will define success criteria, maintain schedules, and monitor budget performance with the quantity surveyor team.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure clear stakeholder communication, manage change control, and deliver formal progress reports while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing industrial/semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the achievement of project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgetary targets with the project quantity surveyor team.

Project Planning & Execution

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
