Job summary

Bellworth Developments Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design research, trend analysis and feasibility work for innovative project differentiation. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers and landscape consultants to translate concepts into feasible schemes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in property development or related field.
Well-versed with statutory regulations and laws relating to property development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT and related design software.

Responsibilities

Research latest design trends to create unique selling points for products.
Explore product composition to optimize marketability and financial returns.
Prepare information for pre-planning and feasibility studies in liaison with BD, Sales & Marketing, PM and Contracts.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance for smooth development implementation.
Assist in setting design direction for projects with architects, IDs and landscape architects.
Develop design briefs and prepare RFPs for consultants; review submissions and assist in consultant selection.
Coordinate design matters across architectural, ID and landscape scopes; ensure alignment with company requirements.
Support site visits to ensure quality workmanship and effective on-site design coordination.
