Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Production Leader to manage the overall production and engineering teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will interact with internal departments and global divisions, while coordinating with customers and suppliers on quality and delivery concerns.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, strong leadership, and 10+ years in mass production, with at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

Strong leadership with 5+ years in leading a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee manpower, machinery, materials, and resources to meet safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets.
Lead Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing methods for quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Lead Thermal and EMI production teams to ensure smooth production and delivery to meet customer demand.
Organize and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and good inventory control.
Control consumption of tools and consumables to meet target costs.
Drive WIP and scrap reduction and productivity improvements.
Ensure staff are trained to company standards and capable of performing their duties.
